General Manager In Training (GMIT) Program
The General Manager In Training (GMIT) Program enables Panda Restaurant Group to recruit outside talent, as well as to promote from within. Over time, GMITs will attain all the skills necessary to become a successful General Manager. The program includes seven to eight weeks of intensive in-store and classroom training, as well as necessary competencies to succeed. GMITs will work approximately 45 to 50 hours per week and can expect a pay range of $14 to $16 per hour with the possibility of bonuses and other benefits.
Field Operations Internship Program
The Field Operations Internship Program aims to immerse participants in business fundamentals and restaurant operations including recruiting and hiring, scheduling, cash handling, food cost and labor. Interns will complete a capstone project as determined by the Area Coach of Operations and Training Leader. The internship program makes it possible to explore a plethora of career opportunities at Panda.
