Summary of Job Description:


The Technical Systems Analyst will support the Digital Business Manager (Technical Program) in creating and optimizing the systems needed to create a best-in-class digital experience for our guests. This role involves systems analysis, program support, testing, and QA within an eCommerce environment and supports the Panda Express website, mobile app, loyalty, and CRM platforms.


You’ll get a chance to:



  • Collaborate with the Digital Business Manager (Technical Program) to analyze technical requirements and document system functionalities and workflows.

  • Assist in creating comprehensive system design documentation and specifications.

  • Partner with development teams to implement system changes, enhancements, and integrations.

  • Contribute to testing, troubleshooting, and documenting system functionalities and configurations.

  • Conduct detailed testing prior to initiative launches and collaborates with QA teams to identify and report bugs, ensuring issues are resolved effectively.

  • Aid in managing eCommerce data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and support of data analysis activities.

  • Organize and track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.

Your background and experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum three years of relevant work experience involving technical analysis, testing, or QA support; familiarity with eCommerce platforms or technologies preferred

  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.

  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range P2s: $72,500 - $101,500 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
