Summary of Job Description:


The Digital Workplace Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital workplace strategy that reflects best practices and results in simplifying access to digital tools and technologies, leading to improved execution effectiveness, enhanced associate engagement, and collaboration. The Digital Workplace Manager manages the execution of digital projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes within set timelines and budgets. This position develops training programs to support associate use of digital tools and establishes governance policies and guidelines to maintain data security and compliance.


You’ll get a chance to:



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital workplace strategy focused on simplifying access to tools, promoting seamless collaboration and execution of initiatives, and enhancing overall employee engagement.

  • Align strategies with PRG’s values and goals.

  • Lead efforts to streamline and integrate digital workplace communication tools and platforms, ensuring easy access and user-friendly experiences.

  • Identifiy and remove barriers to productivity and efficiency.

  • Drive employee engagement through digital workplace channels by designing and implementing creative initiatives. Partner with Associate Communications team and various departments to foster a sense of belonging, recognition, and collaboration through various digital platforms.

  • Manage the execution of digital workplace projects and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes within set timelines and budgets.

  • Continuously evaluate digital workplace tools and technologies to enhance functionality and user experience.

  • Stay informed about emerging trends and industry best practices.

  • Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of digital workplace initiatives.

  • Derive insights to refine strategies, increase execution, engagement, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop training programs to empower employees to use digital tools effectively. Promotes adoption through engaging training materials and resources.

  • Establish governance policies and guidelines to maintain data security, compliance, and best practices in digital workplace management.

  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to digital workplace tools.

  • Ensure service levels meet expectations and negotiates contracts for optimal value.

Your background & experience:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, HR, Communications, or a related field

  • Minimum five years of digital workplace/transformation or related experience, with increasing management responsibility

  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings (including, but not limited to, store training, Recognizing & Preventing Sexual Harassment training, Conscious Inclusion training, and Landmark Forum, etc.)

  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range M2: $112,500 - $158,000 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
