Financial Analyst (SCM & Consolidation) (P1-4972266-1)

Summary of Job Description:

As a key member of the Corporate FP&A team, the Financial Analyst serves as the primary Finance partner to the Supply Chain Management organization. This position supports the Supply Chain Management team by maintaining complex financial models to project Cost of Goods Sold financial plans (e.g., forecast and AOP) and performing variance analysis vs. plan and forecast   The Financial Analyst also supports the consolidation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting cycles, and management reporting. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Supports the Supply Chain Management team by maintaining complex financial models to project Cost of Goods Sold financial plans (e.g., forecast and AOP) and performs variance analysis vs. plan and forecast.  
• Participates in the Limited Time Offer committee by monitoring financial performance and providing projections.
• Plans, monitors, and delivers reporting and analysis for Fixed Costs, such as Rent, License Fees, and Taxes.
• Maintains and updates the Rolling Forecast model, providing leadership team with a two-year financial outlook. 
• Consolidates periodic forecasts and prepares the quarterly financial update deck shared with leadership team. 
• Conducts ad hoc reporting to support evolving business needs and data requests.

Your background & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required
• Minimum three years of finance and financial experience, preferably in the retail/hospitality industry
• If hired, successful completion of annual store training
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P2: $72,500 - $101,000 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
