Summary of Job Description:

The Supply Chain Systems Analyst position is responsible for assisting in the implementation of system, process, training, and document library initiatives to improve the department’s efficiency and effectiveness. This position helps ensure high data accuracy by partnering with SCM subfunctions to promote data-driven decision-making with the Supply Chain Business Analytics team. 


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the development and configuration of Supply Chain Document Library and oversees the Document Library.
  • Supports the establishment and implementation of SCM contract repository process and oversees and monitors the adoption of the process.
  • Engages with all SCM functional teams to understand the business processes (pricing, item setup, supplier onboarding, etc.). Supports the configuration of the processes, utilizing systems to maximize efficiency.
  • Assists in the enhancement of system integration to minimize manual intervention.
  • Sets up and maintains key systems as part of the centralized system administration effort.
  • Coordinates the training sessions on SCM day-to-day systems, reports, and dashboards developed by Business Analytics on a regular basis. Acts as knowledge transfer ambassador of systems, analytics, and new technologies to empower the SCM functional teams.
  • Supports the establishment of data governance mechanisms, helping create data standards, monitoring processes, and proposing action plans to ensure and improve data quality.
  • Assists in continuously improving Supply Chain Operations and Supply Chain fundamental processes to drive efficiency and build a solid foundation for the department.
  • Works on other ad hoc system and process initiatives as needed.

Qualifications - External

Your background and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization 
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.


Pay Range: P2: $33.00-$46.50

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
