Summary of Job Description:
The Operations Communications and Planning Representative supports Operations by partnering with cross‑functional teams to draft, review, revise and publish operational communications, maintain compliant and relevant content, and provide day‑to‑day administrative and planning support. This role also supports Operations planning, meetings, and events; contributes to operations and communications projects, and identifies opportunities to improve processes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports cross-functional departments in reviewing, revising, and publishing operational communications affecting store operations, including drafting communications as needed, and assists with managing intranet and document repository content to ensure compliance and relevance.
- Provides general administrative and organizational support, including but not limited to: timely response to general inquiries, updating org chart and org map, creating and maintaining distribution list, fulfilling BMGs, and tracking emergency closures.
- Provides either directly or in collaboration with team, administrative and logistical.
- Support for Operations functions, including, but not limited to: scheduling meetings, compiling agendas and presentations, providing meeting minutes and recaps, and supporting Operations events and calls. Provides support to general operational or communications planning for business initiatives, programs, campaigns and policies through appropriate communications channels.
- Contributes to Ops projects to ensure they are on time, on budget, and on spec, including improving ways of working within Ops Services and/or partnering with cross-functional teams on Operations-related projects. Identifies areas of improvement for communications and organizational processes.

Qualifications - External
Your background and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field required
- Minimum three years of communications experience, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: P2: $72,500- $101,500 per year
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
