Summary of Job Description:

The Supervisor, Talent Acquisition Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations that enable an efficient, data-informed, and scalable recruitment function. This includes managing talent acquisition systems (ATS and supporting tools), leading the Data and Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) associates, ensuring data accuracy, reporting, compliance, process optimization, and partnering cross-functionally to support seamless execution across the full hiring lifecycle. The Supervisor is responsible for the operations infrastructure of Talent Acquisition, ensuring that the team runs effectively and consistently by implementing tools, workflows, and data-driven best practices. The Supervisor provides executional support (via the TAC team), track KPIs, and partners closely with TA leadership, HRIS, Finance, and external vendors to optimize performance and support business growth.


You’ll get a chance to:

  • Oversees the end-to-end Talent Acquisition operational processes to drive efficiency, consistency, and compliance across recruitment workflows. Leads and develops Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) associates, ensuring operational excellence through training, workload management, and quality assurance across recruitment processes. Standardizes and enforces recruitment process documentation, SOPs, and SLAs across regions and roles. 
  • Ensures accurate and timely data capture within talent acquisition systems to support operational reporting, compliance, and leadership decision-making. Builds and maintains dashboards and reporting tools to track talent acquisition performance metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, candidate flow, offer acceptance, recruiter capacity). Analyzes talent acquisition performance trends and flow metrics to identify bottlenecks, resource gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Serves as the point of contact for ATS (e.g., Paradox or Workday) administration, maintenance, and optimization in partnership with HRIS and IS. Evaluates and supports new talent acquisition technology implementations (e.g., scheduling tools, AI platforms, integrations) to improve recruiter and coordinator productivity. Oversees talent acquisition vendor relationships, including contracts, RFPs, performance, and renewal timelines.
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition leaders, HRBPs, and Operations to provide strategic insights and forecast staffing needs to ensure operations are resourced accordingly (e.g., NSO staffing, surge support). Collaborates with key stakeholders to align recruiting processes with business priorities, especially during high-volume hiring or organizational changes. Drives continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to automate tasks, streamline processes, and improve candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Ensures adherence to compliance, security, and data privacy requirements related to recruitment data and processes. Maintains documentation and auditing processes aligned with legal and internal standards.
  • Supervises and develops Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) associates to become proactive business partners, promoting excellence in scheduling, coordination, and operational execution. Promotes a collaborative and high-performance associate culture aligned with Panda’s mission and values. Attends HR conferences to stay current on industry trends and applies insights to improve data analysis and decision-making.

Your background and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, statistics, analytics, or related field required.
  • Minimum five years in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR systems, or related HR functions preferably at a restaurant/retail/hospitality organization.
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.


Pay Range: M1 $90,000 - $126,000 / Annual

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
