Facilities Enablement Analyst (P1-6913451-1)

Summary of Job Description:

The Facilities Enablement Analyst supports Facilities Operations by driving operational excellence through process improvement, technology enablement, workflow automation, business intelligence, data analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners with Facilities Managers, Operations, Finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to evaluate business processes, improve operational efficiency, enhance user experience, and implement scalable solutions that support Facilities operations. The Analyst serves as a key contributor in modernizing Facilities Support functions by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, leverage technology, strengthen reporting capabilities, establish governance standards, and reduce manual effort. This position supports strategic initiatives across compliance management, vendor administration, asset management, facilities systems, maintenance programs, and operational transformation efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluates, analyzes, and improves Facilities operational processes, workflows, and business practices to increase efficiency, standardization, scalability, and overall service effectiveness
• Identifies and implements opportunities to leverage facilities systems, reporting tools, automation solutions, and AI-enabled technologies to reduce manual effort, improve user experience, and enhance operational performance.
• Develops, maintains, and analyzes dashboards, KPIs, reports, and business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making across Facilities Operations.
• Leads or supports cross-functional projects and initiatives involving process improvement, technology implementation, operational excellence, compliance programs, vendor management, asset management, and Facilities Enablement objectives.
• Partners with Facilities, Operations, Finance, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements, implement sustainable solutions, and drive successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Establishes and maintains governance standards, documentation, training materials, and operating procedures while monitoring performance metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications - External

Your background and experience: 

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in process improvement, business operations, project coordination, business analytics, business intelligence, facilities operations, systems implementation, or related fields.
• Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
• Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range: P2: $72,500- $101,500 per year

* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
